Karen wanted to know where the Salami recipe came from. Originally it was called Blazer Salami. The reason was that it was made by the Blazer Boy's class in the church Primary. Their teacher had taught them how to make it and she also demonstrated it in a Relief Society meeting one evening. After extending the recipe beyond the church members and after the Blazer class no longer existed we just called it Beef Stick Salami.
